have therefore developed a number of policies and practices that we
hold to be important.
Food We strive to provide our guests with the very best quality of food and beverage. Where possible all food items are purchased locally and fresh on the day of use. Staff are fully trained in food handling/hygiene and we have a food hygiene certificate to ensure the risk of serving any food items that is in any way less than perfect is eliminated. Kitchens are off limits to guests and are rigorously cleaned after each use.
